Complete our dedicated inquiry form on our website. You'll provide basic information including names, contact information, destination, and budget requirements. Once submitted our team will be back in touch within 24 hours.
Consultation
Schedule your 30-minute complimentary consultation via phone to explore your travel goals, styles, and preferences. Together, we will select your planning package that will work best for you and your travel companions. We will also discuss our fees and processes.
Proposal
Leveraging our destination experts and industry connections, I will develop your personalized travel itinerary. Once the professional fee has been received, your initial proposal will be ready for you within 5-7 business days.
Approve
Once you have reviewed and made any needed changes, you will approve your proposal to really get the ball rolling! Bookings begin when your initial deposit has been made (25%-50%, depending on experience). At that time, all bookings will begin and a payment schedule will be provided.

After the call, if you decide you want to upgrade to a service listed above, you can apply the fee to your trip!
The fee for an Explorer Session paid consult is $150.
